I was a construction builder for 10 years but got disabled from it. One of my hobby's was making website or gfx (graphics) just a thing to keep me a bit busy instead of staring at the walls.. anyway im not a pro designer just an hmm how can i say it best :) semi? or semi semi designer..aw wel it does not matter.. I makes stuff for others mostly for free sometimes I ask a little fund depending on the requests. So I started making free "templates" without psd just almost ready made websites that people can alter a bit a upload and maybe learn from it..
