Short Summary: Twilight is told from a seventeen year old girl named Bella's point of view. She moves to a small town called Forks, Washington to live with her father, Charlie in an effort to make her mother happy. Once in Forks, she falls in love with teenage vampire named Edward. Being in love with a vampire had its dangers but Bella didn't know how dangerous until it's her life at stake.
My Review: I read this book because my friend said it was better than any of the Harry Potter books but I really wouldn't go that far.Twilight was an excellent book though and Stephenie Meyer really does do a great job of describing everything in detail. The characters seemed almost real as I read it because she gave them all very distinct personalities. Some parts were a little cheesy but I barley noticed because the good parts definitely outweighed the bad. I think that I would definitely recommend this book to anyone although it mainly appeals to teenage girls. I would give this book a 9/10 and if you like this book, I would recommend the other books in the series, New Moon and Eclipse.
